V*MGO Boards Introduction: Magnesium Oxide Boards are meticulously crafted using a precise formulation of high-grade raw materials for unmatched quality and durability. The core composition features 85% content Magnesium Oxide with 65% activity, and with the Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate to ensuring optimal chemical reactivity and board integrity. The core strength of our boards comes from the precise chemical reaction between active Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Sulfate, forming the high-strength crystalline phase 5Mg(OH)2·MgSO7H2O (5·1.7 Phase), ensuring superior structural integrity. The unique blend is reinforced with Pearlite for enhanced fire resistance and thermal insulation, and Wood Fiber for improved workability and flexural strength. Each board is laminated with Fiberglass Mesh on both sides, providing exceptional impact resistance and dimensional stability. This advanced manufacturing process results in a board that excels in fireproofing, moisture resistance, and structural performance - making it the ideal choice for construction and decoration applications demanding reliability and longevity.

V*MGO can be used in the Structural Insulated Panels, SIP is a type of composite material with a sandwich structure. They consist of a rigid insulating core layer sandwiched between two layers of structural boards, making them an ideal building material. The boards used for SIPs can be made of a variety of materials, such as sheet metal, plywood, cement, Magnesium Oxide Board (MGO), or Oriented Strand Board (OSB). Meanwhile, the core can be made from Expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS), Extruded Polystyrene Foam (XPS), Polyurethane Foam, or Composite Honeycomb (HSC) --- 100mm, 150mm or 200mm insulating foam core.
